Personnel Profile

Training

With a rolling programme of delivery for continuous training and renewing training certificates or refresher training, reminder talks and monitoring of performance, Leach Structural Steelwork promotes a safe working environment for employees, operatives and all others.

Preparation and consideration of site activities begin in the office with a proactive approach towards consideration of the most suitable plant, equipment and site teams. Method statements, risk assessments and environmental controls are prepared in line with planned activities. These are discussed with site operatives to ensure all employees are aware of our systems and expectations on site. We aim to integrate safe working practices and procedures in our own employees and those around us.
