We were contracted to undertake the design, supply and installation of the steel frames and cladding works for two new 15,500m2 warehouses in Leyland, which form part of the largest new industrial and logistics scheme to take place nationwide, since the onset of the economic downturn.
We were also tasked with the application of fire protection to the steelwork, which was applied at our works prior to installation.
Our design and build expertise allowed us to create idealised grid spacing's and spans for maximum steel efficiency of the frames, this combined with our own cladding division, made us the preferred steelwork and cladding contractor for the project. All design, detailing, fire protection and installation was carried out by our own in-house workforce on programme.
